When is the best week to scan?
Most mothers find that week 32 onwards gives the most expressive form, though we ship from week 28 if you prefer to scan earlier. You can reserve any available week through the booking calendar.
How does shipping work across Europe?
The kit ships from Haarlem on Wednesday by tracked courier, arriving at your door on Thursday in most EU countries. A prepaid return label is already in the box — drop it off at any local courier point on Monday. Customs and local handling stays on our side.
What happens to the €200 deposit?
We hold a €200 deposit at booking to cover the rare case of damage or non-return. Once the kit is back with us in good condition: if you order a sculpture, the full €200 is refunded — or applied as credit toward the piece, whichever you prefer. If you’re not ready to order yet, we refund €100 and convert the other €100 into a transferable gift card you can keep for later or pass on as a gift.
What if my scan doesn't feel right?
We send a digital preview before any sculpture is shaped. If something is off, we work with you on a second scan or a careful retouch. The figurine only goes into production when you’re happy.
Privacy of your scan
Your scan stays in our private archive — used to make your sculpture, kept for one year so you can order again if you’d like, and then deleted. We never share or sell it.
Can I visit the atelier?
Yes. Our studio in Haarlem is open by appointment for those who’d like to see and feel the materials in person. Send us a note and we’ll find a time that works.
