About this piece

A resin core finished by hand in copper leaf and then waxed at the bench. Warmer than bronze, softer than gold, the surface catches sunset light and holds it a little longer than you would expect. Available in 12, 15, 17, and 20 cm.

Refined from your 3D scan in Haarlem, cast in the atelier, then layered in copper leaf and hand-burnished. The finish is worked piece by piece, so no two hold their light the same way.
